Join us for the ANCA Eastern Region Grassroots Seminar, taking place March 20–22 in Watertown, MA. This seminar is designed to bring together new and seasoned ANCA ER activists for a weekend of practical discussion, skill-building, and strategic organizing that is focused on strengthening grassroots advocacy across our communities.

This seminar is designed to provide participants with concrete tools, actionable strategies, and real-world opportunities to advance the Armenian Cause at every level of government, with a particular emphasis on state and local advocacy and community mobilization. Through a slate of interactive discussions and workshops, participants will explore how to effectively engage elected officials, build local influence, and activate their communities in meaningful and sustained ways.

The seminar will take place over the course of the weekend, with Friday serving as an arrival and networking day, followed by a full day of programming on Saturday, and an additional component of activities on Sunday morning and early afternoon prior to participant departures. 

Weekend Overview:

  • Friday, March 20: Arrival in Watertown by 6:00 PM, followed by a 7:00 PM welcome reception (exact location to be confirmed)
  • Saturday, March 21: Full day of Grassroots Seminar programming, with meals included
  • Sunday, March 22: Morning and early afternoon activities at the Hairenik Building before departure

Simple Registration Process:

  • Register for the ANCA Eastern Region Grassroots Seminar, taking place March 20-22 by filling out the form below by March 5, 2026. 
  • All new and returning ANCA ER activists are encouraged to register – all levels of knowledge are welcome.

Registrants will need to be approved prior to receiving further information. In the following weeks, approved registrants will be contacted with additional details and logistics. 

We look forward to convening activists from across the Eastern Region for a weekend focused on reigniting engagement, reactivating grassroots networks, and strengthening our collective impact.

  • Participants are asked to arrive in Watertown on Friday, March 20 at 6PM.
  • The welcome reception will take place on Friday, March 20 at 7PM (location to be confirmed).
  • Participants are asked to plan to depart Watertown no earlier than 1PM on Sunday, March 22.
