STEPANAKERT, NKR (A.W.)—Nagorno-Karabagh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) President Bako Sahakyan met with Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Bureau members Hrant Markarian (Bureau representative) and Armen Rustamyan (head of political affairs) in Stepanakert on Aug. 18.

During the meeting, which was also attended by NKR National Assembly vice-chairperson Vahram Balayan and ARF NKR Central Committee member David Ishkhanyan, issues related to Artsakh’s domestic and foreign policy were discussed.
