AYF’s ‘With Our Soldiers’ campaign
LOS ANGELES— Newly created AHA Armenian Entertainment Productions and its executives Ara Khatchikian, Hovig Yeghiayan, and Aram Koulian have donated $5,000 from their first event to the Armenian Youth Federation’s With Our Soldiers program.
“We wanted to make a difference with the proceeds from our first event… We knew the AYF’s With Our Soldiers program would be the best way to do just that,” said Ara Khatchikian.
The group’s generous donation comes days before the first anniversary of the Azeri aggression against the people of Artsakh, and the AYF’s With Our Soldiers program’s Honoring the Fallen Soldiers of the Four Day War commemoration event. The event will commemorate those who lost their lives during the Four Day War. The campaign will also report on its activities during the past year.
For the past year, the AYF has also distributed over $130,000 to the families of those who died during and in the aftermath of the Four Day War. The organization is committed to continuing its efforts aimed at reaching out to those who have lost a loved one from Azeri aggression.
Founded in 1933, the Armenian Youth Federation is the largest and most influential Armenian American organization in the world, working to advance the social, political, educational and cultural awareness of Armenian youth.
