YEREVAN. – Azerbaijani forces began attacking civilian targets in Armrnia’s Tavush Provoncr on Monday night and Tuesday morning, firing at the towns of Berdavab and Koti, reported news.am.

Armenia’s Defense Ministry reported that Azerbaijani forces used sniper fire and morttars, but were rebuffed by Armenian border troops.
Zori Ashrafyan, a 33-year-old border patrol soldier sustained injuries from shrapnel.
The Defense Ministry said that the border positions are in full control of Armenian forces.
