On April 11, President Bako Sahakyan received Socialist International (SI) Vice President and former member of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Bureau Mario Nalpatian, according to the NKR President’s office.

A range of issues concerning the wide-scale combat operations launched recently by Azerbaijan against the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabagh Republic/NKR) was discussed during the meeting.
Presient Sahakyan stressed the importance to raise the issue within international arenas, presenting objective information on the aggressive policy of Azerbaijan. Such efforts would greatly contribute to further prevent and condemn such activities, noted Sahakyan.
The President highly valued the comprehensive assistance shown by the Diaspora to Artsakh in recent days—both from political and psychological viewpoints.
Member of the ARF Artsakh Central Committee David Ishkhanyan was also present at the meeting, according to the press release.
