Ararat Home to Honor Mothers with Dance, Music and Poetry

Mission Hills—Ararat Home of Los Angeles will honor the mothers among its residents with an afternoon of dance, music and poetry on May 22nd. The program will be made possible with the participation of Hamazkayin Sayat Nova Choir, led by pianist Nora Roumian-Bairmian, and Hamazkayin Valley “Paruyr Sevak” Chapter “Niairi” Dance Group, under the artistic direction of Catherine Hairabedian and Ari Libaridian.

A gifted young performer, Hayk Davtyan, will enchant guests with his duduk, and four talented Ararat Home residents and staff will enrich the program with piano and kanon music as well as poetry recitation. The event will be open to the public with free admission and will take place on Sunday, May 22, at 2:00 p.m. in Deukmejian Grand Ballroom at 15105 Mission Hills Road, Mission Hills.
