Armenian Serviceman Wounded in Four Day War Passes Away

YEREVAN (A.W.)—Armenian serviceman Narek Asatryan (b. 1996) who was severely wounded during the Four Day War in April, succumbed to his wounds on Nov. 29, the chair of the Muratsan Military Hospital Aram Asatouryan announced.

“We did all we could for six months to help him recover. However, nothing worked,” Asatouryan said.

“Unfortunately, we were unable to save his life. He is now considered a casualty of the April Four Day war,” Armenia’s Defense Ministry spokesperson Artsrun Hovhannisyan said on his Facebook page.
