GLENDALE—Sunday, November 1, 2015 marked the date for Chamlian Armenian School’s annual Cultural Day. Students, families and friends enjoyed a day full of student performances, festivities, food, shopping, and entertainment on the school campus.

The all-day event highlighted the school’s commitment to the preservation and promotion of the Armenian culture and heritage. A student art exhibit was set up in the auditorium. On the play yard there were booths where one could buy Armenian themed items and foods.  Inside the gym, students awed the audience with their beautiful performances which included singing, dancing, recitation, and short-plays. Chamlian’s dedicated Armenian Department teachers worked diligently to prepare their students for this memorable exhibition of Armenian pride and culture.

The Administration extends a special thank you to its dedicated Armenian Department teachers, the Parent Support Committee Cultural Day Committee members, and all the parents who volunteered their time and talent. Their collaborative efforts helped make this a truly successful event.
