Navasartian Victory Ball organizing committee
Among the numerous events that comprise the Navasartian Games annually is the celebratory Victory Banquet, which will be held this year on Friday, June 25 at the Universal Sheraton Hotel.
Event preparations have been entrusted to the banquet organizing committee, consisting of the following members:

2016 Navasartian Honorary President Katcho and Araxie Achadjian
Banquet attendees will have the opportunity to witness the ceremony whereby the title of Honorary Presidents will be transferred from Mr. & Mrs. Varant and Hoori Melkonian (2015) to this year’s Honorary Presidents, Mr. & Mrs. Katcho and Araxie Achadjian. The Homenetmen Regional Executive will also recognize Koko Megerian during the evening as the 2016 Exemplary Homenetmen Member.
Various presentations will be delivered throughout the evening, including a video detailing the history of the organization and the lives of the Honorary Presidents, and entertainment will be provided by singer Haibert and DJ Eddie O. Event tickets are $150 per person. Celebrating the victories of the Navasartian Games, the banquet bears the appealing nature of drawing together different generations of members.

“It is an extreme honor for us to have Mr. & Mrs. Katcho and Araxie Achadjian as Honorary Presidents of the 41st Annual Navasartian Games. The couple is filled with Armenian spirit and, as members of Homenetmen, have done their utmost to familiarize their surroundings with the Armenian culture. As a California State Assemblymember, Katcho Achadjian has worked tirelessly to raise awareness to the recognition of the Armenian Genocide. The Homenetmen Regional Executive strongly encourages the community to bring their presence to the Victory Banquet in support of our youth’s accomplishments throughout the Navasartian Games and in appreciation of our Honorary Presidents,” expressed Homenetmen Regional Executive Chairperson Manuel Marselian.
