LA CRESCENTA—Western Prelate Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, the Religious and Executive Councils, and Ladies Auxiliary announced that benefactors Mr. and Mrs. Sarkis and Nune Sepetjian will host the Prelate’s New Year and Christmas Dinner on Friday, January 6, at 7 p.m., at Holy Cross Cathedral’s “Bagramian” Hall in Montebello.

The New Year and Christmas Dinner is held annually under the auspices of the Prelate through the united efforts of the Religious and Executive Councils, and organized by the Ladies Auxiliary. It is one of the most beloved traditions within the Western Prelacy, bringing together the Prelacy family of clergy, councils’ members, parishes, community leaders, organizational representatives, sponsors and friends under one roof to collectively celebrate the New Year and the Birth and Revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ in a festive and familial atmosphere.

The Prelate commended the Sepetjian family’s enduring generosity and support, stating, “The Sepetjians have over the years contributed generously to our church and community organizations. Their gracious support extends from their local community in Pasadena to the Seminary of the Holy See of Cilicia, the Western Prelacy, the Armenian Cause, and numerous other national organizations. May God reward their benevolence and may His blessings and protection be upon their family and loved ones.”
